Présentation du projet

Using two different heterostructure assembly approaches (transfer and direct growth), we will build a unique system, allowing an integrated electrical modulation of the TMDs electronic structure. This original system will make possible the use of complementary surface sensitive techniques to obtain for the first time a direct access to the electronic structure modulation of 2D TMD systems under high electric field. This will allow a better understanding of these phenomena, paving the way for a future integration in real spintronic device.
