The International Conference on Integrated Quantum Photonics at becoming a regular international meeting for the integrated quantum optics community, where leading groups worldwide meet to present and discuss the latest progress and future challenges. The 2018 meeting is organized over three days, with prestigious invited speakers, oral presentations and a poster session.

NanoSaclay supports the organisation of the workshop "Biophotonics and Optical Angular Momentum BIOAM-2018" that will be held from 25th to 26th of October 2018 in Ecole Polytechnique, Palaiseau. The 2nd European workshop on Biophotonics and Optical Angular Momentum will bring together scientists working in a wide range of scientific fields related to optical angular momentum (spin and orbital), including fundamental aspects, polarimetric instrumentation and applications.

NanoSaclay supports the colloquium "Adsorption and Confinement Effects of Molecules in/on Nanotubes" that will be held from 20th to 22th of June 2018 in Paris (Paris Sorbonne University, Amphi Chasles). The objectives of this mini-colloquium is to gather and foster discussions on the challenges related to the fabrication, the spectroscopy and the applicative fields of these 1D multifunctionnal nanohybrids. It will be organized through the Lavoisier discussions initiated and supported by the GDRi Graphene Nanotubes.

NanoSaclay supports the organisation of the Symposium “50 years of Optical Orientation in Semiconductors : from the original discovery to new horizons” that will be held in Paris, June 18-19, 2018. It is indeed already 50 years that, in 1968, optical spin orientation in semiconductors was discovered by Georges Lampel in Paris. The field opened many areas of investigation over the years.
